1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the User", "you", "your") and newpklak ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the services available at https://newpklak.pro, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and all related promotional activities.

newpklak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of newpklak following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and maintain a newpklak account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated entity) accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will — you have not been compelled or induced to register by any party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with newpklak or any other gambling platform that would prohibit your participation.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of newpklak or any of its partner organisations, software providers, or payment processors.
• Opening and using a newpklak account does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your location.

newpklak reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts that cannot demonstrate compliance with the 18+ requirement will be suspended and any funds held will be returned to the verified payment method on record, net of any bonus amounts credited.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of newpklak services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address, mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the newpklak platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, newpklak reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual and forfeit any balances, pending bets, or bonus credits held within them.

Account Verification (KYC). newpklak operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before making a withdrawal or at any point during your account lifetime. Required documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of payment method (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account)

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. newpklak will not be liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Account Currency. All newpklak accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made via supported Bangladesh payment methods.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods. newpklak currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time. Please check the cashier section of your account for the current list of active payment options.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method selected. These limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may be adjusted by newpklak at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your newpklak wallet within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via Rocket and Upay are typically credited within 1–3 minutes. Card and bank transfer deposits may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the processing path. newpklak is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network conditions.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 15–30 minutes for most mobile banking methods during standard operating hours. Larger withdrawals or withdrawals from accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification may be subject to an additional identity verification step before release. newpklak reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks.

Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your newpklak account are legitimately owned by you and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. newpklak may request evidence of the source of funds where a deposit pattern triggers our internal AML monitoring systems. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.

No Processing Fees. newpklak does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via the supported Bangladesh payment methods listed above. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which newpklak accepts no responsibility.

5 Betting Rules and Settlement

Placing Bets. All bets placed on newpklak are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selection, stake, market type, and odds — before confirming a wager. newpklak does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet once it has been confirmed by the system, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred (see below).

Odds and Markets. Odds displayed on the newpklak platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds that apply to your bet are those displayed at the moment of confirmation. newpklak offers pre-match, in-play (live), and outright markets across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, hockey, tennis, and other sports.

Obvious Pricing Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that represent a clear and obvious pricing error — including but not limited to odds substantially below market rate or resulting from a technical fault — newpklak reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake to your account. Where such errors affect a significant number of bets, newpklak will communicate the voiding decision via email notification to affected accounts.

Settlement of Bets. Bets are settled as soon as reasonably practicable following the conclusion of the relevant event. newpklak uses official results published by recognised sporting bodies (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BPL governing authority) as the primary source for settlement purposes. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of newpklak's trading team is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure described in Section 7.

Abandoned and Postponed Events. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play has been completed (as defined in the sport-specific rules applicable to each market), affected bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. The precise rules vary by sport and market type and are detailed in the sport-specific terms available within the newpklak sportsbook interface.

Maximum Winnings. newpklak applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are market-specific and are communicated within the bet slip at the time of placement. In the event that a calculated return exceeds the applicable maximum payout, the stake will be accepted but the payout will be capped at the stated maximum.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

newpklak offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cricket accumulator boosts, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh cricket calendar and local festivals such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh.

Eligibility and Opt-In. Each promotion has its own eligibility criteria, opt-in requirements, and expiry dates. These are communicated clearly on the relevant promotion page. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of each offer before opting in or making a qualifying deposit.

Wagering Requirements. Most bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and any applicable game weighting restrictions are stated on each individual promotion page. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times within the applicable validity period; unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of that period.

Bonus Abuse. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing hedged bets to lock in guaranteed returns from bonus funds, or systematically exploiting promotional structures in a way inconsistent with genuine recreational play — is strictly prohibited. newpklak reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, void associated winnings, and terminate accounts where abuse is identified.

Promotional Changes. newpklak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and met the qualifying conditions, any bonus already credited will remain subject to the original terms at the time of opt-in.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the newpklak platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Match-fixing and corruption: Placing bets on events that you know, or have reasonable grounds to believe, are fixed, manipulated, or subject to corrupt influence.
• Insider information: Using non-public information obtained through an insider position (e.g., team management, player, referee, or official) to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, the distribution of winnings, or the fulfilment of wagering requirements.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated tool to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit latency in live pricing.
• Arbitrage exploitation: Systematically exploiting obvious pricing errors, latency arbitrage opportunities, or promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with recreational betting.
• Money laundering: Using the newpklak platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity, or using betting activity as a mechanism to disguise the origin of funds.
• Underage access: Knowingly allowing a person under the age of 18 to register for, access, or use your newpklak account.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward newpklak staff via any communication channel, including live chat and email.
• Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to access the platform via VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic, account, or self-exclusion restrictions.

newpklak's risk and compliance team monitors account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to act without prior notice, including voiding all open and settled bets placed in connection with the prohibited activity.

8 Account Closure and Termination

Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your newpklak account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process the closure within 48 hours, subject to the settlement of any outstanding bets and the withdrawal of any remaining verified balance. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Termination by newpklak. newpklak reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity in connection with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your account activity poses a risk to the integrity of our markets or the safety of other players.
• We are required to do so by a court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the newpklak platform ceases immediately. Any real money balance remaining in a terminated account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.

Responsible Gaming Closure. If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure — including self-exclusion — please refer to our dedicated Responsible Gaming page, which details the self-exclusion process, cooling-off periods, and the support resources available to you. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in account access being suspended for a minimum period of six months.

Complaints and Disputes. If you wish to raise a formal complaint about a bet settlement, account action, or payment issue, please contact [email protected] with full details of your complaint. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. newpklak's decision on complaints, having followed our internal review process, is final and binding.

Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the newpklak platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to your place of residence for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. newpklak makes no representation that the services available on this platform are appropriate or legally available in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful where you are located.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and newpklak with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
